The products are manufactured in EU and shipped from Italy. For international customers, any applicable import duties, customs fees, or handling charges imposed by parcel carriers are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees. We cannot be held liable for any changes in import regulations, customs policies, or tariff rates that may occur in your country between the time of pre-order and the actual delivery of the item. We strongly recommend that you consult your local customs authority for up-to-date information regarding possible charges or restrictions prior to placing your order.

Orders destined for the United States and the United Kingdom are fulfilled from fulfillment centers located within those respective countries. Products are initially stored in our Italian warehouse and are transferred to the United States and the United Kingdom through scheduled monthly stock shipments. As a result, delivery times may be extended by a few weeks.

Orders may require up to fourteen (14) business days to be dispatched. Orders placed by customers located in the United States and the United Kingdom may be subject to additional delays due to scheduled monthly stock transfers to our U.S. and U.K. warehouses.
